A part of southeast Ohio's industrial history came crashing to the ground as questions swirl concerning the plant's reopening.

What once carried iron ore between sections of the former Wheeling-Pittsburgh steel plant in Mingo Junction now stands as twisted metal. The structure came down in seconds.

The plant's new owner, Mingo Junction Steelworks, brought down the Ore Bridge and Trolley as part of their efforts to restart production at the facility, however there is no timetable of when that may be.
