A trial date has been set for the woman who is accused of embezzling more than $1 million from the Mountaineer Race Track and Gaming Resort in Chester, West Virginia.

Virginia Resident Anita Ambler has pleaded not guilty to embezzling horse racing funds from the race track.

Her trial is set for April 23.
