Man Sentenced to 1-5 Years for Sex Assault

A Marshall County man was sentenced to 1-5 years in prison on Monday after pleading guilty to third-degree sexual assault.

Charles Snow, 21, of Moundsville, will also spend 20 years on supervised release after he is freed from prison.

Snow was sentenced in front of Judge Mark Karl.
