Wheeling Park defeated Brooke in the region one section one opener 60-47.

Ryan Reinbeau led the Patriots with 25 points while Zach Snedeker added 14.

Thomas Cole led the Bruins with 16 , Eric Johnson with 12.

The Patriots will meet Parkersburg South in region one section one championship , Friday in Parkersburg.

South beat Parkersburg 64-62.
