Wheeling Symphony Orchestra will be featuring Ilana Davidson at 8 p.m. March 8 at the Capitol Theatre in Wheeling.

Under the direction of conductor Andre Raphel, the orchestra celebrates the 50th birthday year of Pulitzer-Prize winning composer Jennifer Higdon performing her dynamic Concerto for Orchestra. American soprano Ilana Davidson brings a crystalline soprano voice, assured musicality and interpretive insight to Mozart's Exsultate, jubilate. The Pines of Rome features off-stage trumpets and a large orchestra as a finale to this concert.
