Study: New Laws Have Had No Effect on Number of Texting While Driving Cases

A new article out by researchers at West Virginia University reports that all of the laws and all of the campaigns to lower texting while driving have not had any impact on the number of cases.

The article, published in the Journal of American Medicine, says that the number of car accidents involving texts has actually RISEN.

WTRF talked to an insurance agent who says the new state law is having no impact.
