St.Clairsville's fantastic run came to an end in the Regional semifinal in Athens, falling to New Philly 65-50.

The Quakers used an 11-0 run to start the second quarter to blow the game wide open, New Philly led 32-16 at the half.

Dan Monteroso led the Red Devils with 19 points , ending his career with 2,340 points the most in school history and 18th all-time in the state moving past Jim Jackson.

Jerrid Marhefka added 12 in the loss.

The Quakers had three players in double-figures Dylan Hagan with 18, Evan Boose with 17 and Marco Columbo with 16.

The Red Devils finish the season at 22-5.
