More than 100 police and firefighting vehicles honored the memory of Yorkville firefighter Kristopher Klubert.
Klubert was serving in the Navy and about to deploy overseas but died when police said his friend shot and killed him on Saturday March 9, in Norfolk, Virginia.
From up and down the Ohio Valley, the vehicles traveled as a caravan through Rayland, Tiltonsville, and Yorkville, accompanying the hearse with Klubert's body to the funeral home. The hearse bearing Klubert's casket will make a pass by the Yorkville firehouse after his funeral.
