Belmont College Teacher Arrested on Gross Sexual Imposition - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Belmont County authorities have arrested Dru Edward Huff on a felony charge of gross sexual imposition.

Detectives launched an investigation after receiving a complaint from a Belmont College student that Huff had sexually assaulted her.

Authorities said in a press release that although Huff is a teacher at Belmont College, the alleged assault didn't happen on campus.

Detectives also confirmed Huff has been previously convicted of a sex crime.

Huff is in the Belmont County Justice Center under a $5,000 bond.

He will be appearing in Western Division Court at a later date.
