High Speed Chase in Brooke County Results in Arrest

One man is under arrest following a high speed chase Saturday that ended in Brooke County.

A responding officer with the Wintersville Police Department said they were responding to a domestic disturbance at a residence in Wintersville. The suspect fled upon arrival and led police on a chase that eventually ended at Harmon Creek in Weirton.

Police arrested 32-year-old Lindsey Mayle from Mingo Junction, on a previous warrant. Mayle was taken to the Northern Regional Jail. We're told more charges could be filed Monday with the prosecutors office.
