A wanted Belmont County man is behind bars Wednesday in Jefferson County after being arrested for possession of a hypodermic needle.
Steubenville police found a car belonging to Chad McKeever in an alley between Maryland Avenue and Ridge Avenue. After running a routine check, it showed that McKeever was driving under suspension and has a bench warrant out of Belmont County.
