The Wheeling Nailers defeated the Kalamazoo K-Wings 2-1 in a shoot out , Wednesday night.

Zach Torquato(8) scored a short handed goal to tie the game and send it to overtime. \

Scott Darling made 21 saves to get the win.

The win was Wheeling's 20th on home ice.

The Nailers will play their next three games on enemy ice, beginning on Friday night at 7:05 p.m. against the Trenton Titans.
