All customers in Public Service District No. 4 in Marshall County are being asked to conserve water for the next 24 hours due to water line breaks as of noon Monday. The order expires at noon on Wednesday.
The massive break happened early Monday morning at 1st Street and Grant Avenue. Police say it was so bad it actually pushed up the asphalt on the road.
