The man dubbed as the Craigslist killer will be sentenced in an Akron courtroom Thursday morning.
Richard Beasley, 53, was found guilty last month of killing three men and wounding another after they were lured to Ohio with fake job offers on Craigslist. One of those deaths happened in Noble County in 2011.
Beasley is facing the death penalty after a jury recommended the death sentence, but Judge Lynne Callahan could reduce that sentence to life in prison.
Co-defendant Brogan Rafferty, then 16, was too young to face the death penalty. The same judge sentenced him to life in prison without the chance of parole on his conviction last year.
Beasley's sentencing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday.
