Dozens of girls were treated like royalty Saturday thanks to the Wheeling Park High School Health Occupation Students of America Club.
Princess Day was held for girls ages 3 to 8 at Vance Memorial Church in Wheeling where princesses enjoyed getting their hair, make-up, and nails done.
They also took part in a Little Miss Manner's Class where they were taught how to act like little princesses. Crafts, goodie bags and crowns were given out.
"We've had about 20 girls sign up to do it and we've had a lot of people come in who didn't pre-register, so I'm excited. They seem to be having a lot of fun. I think the big girls are having just as much fun," says Ashley Burris Vice President of HOSA.
The Wheeling Park HOSA students sponsored this event to raise money for the national conference in June.
Wheeling Park had five students place at the state competition who will be traveling to Nashville, TN for the country wide competition.
If anyone is interested in making a contribution towards their expenses you're asked to contact Wheeling Park High School at 304-243-0400.
