A man wanted in Jefferson City, Missouri, on forgery charges was arrested early Thursday morning in Wheeling on a number of serious offenses.
Wheeling Police said they arrested Reginald Clark at around 2:45 a.m., after he struck a parked car, sending it into another parked car in East Wheeling.
Clark is being charged with DUI, striking an unattended vehicle, failure to maintain, driving revoked, and two counts of battery on an officer. Police say Clark put up "quite the fight" when he was arrested.
Clark will face charges in West Virginia, then be extradited to Jefferson City, Missouri to face charges he was wanted on there. He was taken to OVMC for treatment and then taken to the Northern Regional Jail.
