Officials Investigating Cause of Morristown Fatal Fire

Investigators are looking into the cause of a fatal fire in Belmont County early Sunday morning.

According to firefighters at the scene, Sophia Brewster, a woman in her 80's who lived inside, died following the blaze at 41490 National Road in Morristown, Pick's Place bar. Morristown firefighters received a call about 6 a.m. and were assisted by Bethesda, Belmont and Cumberland Trail firefighters. Bruster reportedly owned the property for more than 50 years.

An investigator with the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office was at the scene according to officials.
