Wheeling Police arrested 18-year-old Tyerice Irvin on drug charges Saturday night.
They arrested Irvin after he allegedly threw M-80 fireworks into the windows of a building on 14th street in East Wheeling.
A call initially came in as a possible shots fired but according to witnesses, someone matching Irvin's description was scene throwing the M80's into the building and then running away.
A short time later police spotted Irvin and found bags marijuana hidden on him.
Irvin was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver. He is in Northern Regional Jail on $15,000 bond.
According to Wheeling Police, Irvin was also recently involved in the "gang sign tagging" incident in East Wheeling a few weeks ago.
