Police Find Suspect in Fatal Wheeling Beating, No Charges Filed
Police have completed their investigation into a deadly attack last week in Wheeling that left a 22-year-old man dead.
Wheeling Police had been searching for the suspect since the incident early Thursday morning in Fulton. Chief Deputy Marty Kimball told WTRF they found the suspect, who they are only identifying as a Wheeling man named "Sean." They spoke to Sean this weekend, and at this point, no charges have been filed.
The case has been handed over to the Ohio County Prosecutor's office who will then decide if charges will be filed.
