The man accused of giving a two-year-old a sexually transmitted disease faced Hancock County Circuit Court May 13.

Tyler Graham told Judge Ron Wilson he waved his right to a speedy trial.  His attorney asked for more time to prepare a case.

Prosecutors have charged Graham with three felony counts; sexual assault, sexual abuse by custodian and child abuse resulting in serious injury. He pled not guilty to all three.

Graham returns to court in September for his next scheduled appearance before Judge Wilson.
