Old Colony Realtors congratulated CAMC on meeting their fundraising goal of $15 million for the new CAMC David Lee Cancer Center.
"Through our gift of $25,000 to this campaign for the new cancer center and hundreds of other donors, we are able to make a real impact on the people and community we have served for over 69 years," said Old Colony President Joe Miller.
"We believe in being a community partner and we saw this as an opportunity to help so many throughout West Virginia. The theme of the campaign, The Power of Many, really hit home with Old Colony and its core values. We are thrilled that we were able to help CAMC meet this goal."
Gail Pitchford, president of the CAMC Foundation expressed, "The CAMC Foundation is very thankful to Old Colony company for their gift to the Power of Many campaign to support the new cancer center. Your generosity will touch many lives, for many years to come and help bring comfort to cancer patients during a tough time in their lives."
The CAMC David Lee Cancer Center will contain a 100,000 square foot facility that will consolidate all cancer services under one roof and will be constructed in Kanawha City, on the site of the former Watt Powell Park.
