Harrison Central Ready For First Ever Trip To Final Four

The Harrison Central baseball team is in the state tournament for the first time in school history!

In fact, it's the first Final Four in any sport at the school.

The Huskies take on Jonathan Alder in the Division II state semifinals on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. at Huntington Park in Columbus.

Harrison is led by hard-throwing, lanky left hander Rasheen Mitchell who  is 10-1 on the season with a minuscule 1.00 ERA. Mitchell is also the Huskies' leading hitter at .558 and RBI with 32.

The Huskies advanced with a come from behind 8-7 win over Waverly in the regional final.
