High-Speed Chase Results In Child Neglect Charges for Wheeling Man

Posted: Updated:

A man who Wheeling police say led them on a high speed chase in excess of 140 miles per hour was arraigned this week.

Joshua Grow, 19, was taken into custody by Ohio County Sheriff Deputies after he allegedly decided to not stop his motorcycle and instead punched the gas. A juvenile passenger was also along for that high-speed chase and dangerous ride.

Magistrate Joe Roxby found probable cause against Grow for felony fleeing, child neglect with risk of serious injury, and assault during the commission of a felony.
