Authorities say a suspect has been arrested in the north Philadelphia slaying of a man apparently killed after answering an advertisement on a social media site for sale of an all-terrain vehicle.

A police spokeswoman says the 23-year-old Willow Grove man would face charges of murder and related offenses.

Police also identified the man killed Friday night as 27-year-old Daniel Cooke of Williamstown, N.J.

Police said he and two other people were in the West Oak Lane section of the city Friday night answering a Craigslist ad for the ATV.

Cooke reportedly got out of the car, walked down the street to look at the purported vehicle, and the witnesses heard two gunshots.

Officers found the victim shot on the street and emergency responders pronounced him dead at 11:23 p.m. Friday.
