Wheeling Man Accused of Stabbing Neighbor Appears in Court
A Wheeling man accused of stabbing his neighbor met with the magistrate on Monday morning.
Bobby Lee Shannon appeared before Magistrate Joe Roxby and waived his ten-day trial on Monday. Another party in the case is already represented by a public defender, so court officials decided it would be a conflict of interest.
Shannon is accused of felony malicious wounding after allegedly stabbing a man in the leg and temple on Wheeling Island late last month. Read the original story here.
