The streets were filled Saturday to watch the parade as well as other festivities that are going on today in Follansbee to celebrate "Community Days."
The parade kicked off with the national anthem by students at Brooke High School.
Mayor David Velegol Jr., dance teams and men riding around in mini cars were just a few groups that were involved in the parade and there was plenty of candy for everyone.
Also featured next to Follansbee Park, is a replica of the Vietnam memorial which has over 59,500 names screened onto it and will be in Follansbee until Sunday night.
If you missed the parade there's still a lot going on for Follansbee Community Days including tent sales and performances will be next to Follansbee Park today until 10 p-m Saturday featuring dance groups, big bands and soul music and of course, lots of food!
