WTRF.COM UPDATE:

A local woman is now facing charges related to a deadly crash in November of 2012 that killed one woman and put another man on trial.

Nicole Gray, the reported driver of the car involved in the crash, turned herself in on Tuesday to charges of aggravated DUI after a warrant was issued for her arrest. Magistrate Howard Carpenter released Gray on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond, deciding she posed no flight risk. The charge is a misdemeanor.

The charge is the latest development after 39-year-old passenger Stephanie Stahl was killed in an accident on McCutcheon Road last November, after allegedly being struck by John Hatfield, who is now on trial for her death.
