One woman is in the Northern Regional Jail, after allegedly carrying shoplifting to a whole new level.

25-year-old Heather Carney of Moundsville was allegedly caught leaving a Kroger store with $1,001 worth of merchandise. Detective Bill Whitelatch of the Moundsville Police Department says she reportedly took things like pasta, Spaghetti-O's, bread, soft drinks, toys, notebooks, magazines and make-up.

She reportedly placed it all in used Kroger bags and thermal insulated bags she'd brought with her, making it appear she'd already been through the check-out. Because of the amount, she has been charged with grand larceny.

Carney has a criminal history and has been arrested in the past for reportedly raising her children in deplorable conditions.
