Elliott, a principal in the firm's Wilmington office, was named to the 12th annual "Women Worth Watching" list in Profiles in Diversity Journal. The award honors "today's women leaders and the corporations, organizations, and institutions that recognize, employ, and promote women in the workforce."
At Fish, Elliott is a trial court and appellate advocate, also providing litigation strategy, patent counseling, intellectual property portfolio strategy and management, e-commerce, and trade secret protection advice to some of the world's largest technology companies. She serves as a member of Fish's Diversity Committee, which develops, implements, and oversees a range of diversity initiatives and activities.
