SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. (AP) -

A western Pennsylvania man has died after his vehicle with an expired inspection sticker was, spotted by State police and they attempted to pull him over.

Troopers say the dead man is 20-year-old Adam J. Williams, of Karns City.

Trooper Dan Kesten, the Butler barracks' spokesman, says a trooper noticed the sticker and turned around to chase Williams who passed in the other direction about 1:20 p.m. Wednesday in Brady Township. That's about 40 miles north of Pittsburgh.

Kesten says Williams was thrown from the car when it flipped over about 200 yards away after striking a small hillside. Two girls in the car, 1 and 2 years old, survived, with the 2-year-old suffering only minor injuries.

Online court records show Williams had past citations for driving with a suspended license.
