Grand Jury Investigating Steubenville Rape Case in Session Tuesday

The special Grand Jury investigating the Steubenville rape case adjourned after 5 p.m. Monday.

The Ohio Attorney General's office says they will be back in session Tuesday.

The special Grand Jury investigating the Steubenville rape case will be back in session Monday. Sources say members will meet every day through Thursday and then begin deliberations the following Monday. They are considering whether anyone broke any laws or covered up any information.

The Grand Jury handed down its first secret indictment from the case against William Rhinaman, an employee with Steubenville city schools. Jurors found evidence that Rhinaman allegedly altered, destroyed or removed information pertaining to the investigation.  He has since been placed on leave.
