CHARLESTON, WV -

Two new associates, Chase O. Holcomb and Nicklaus A. Presley, have joined Jackson Kelly's office in Charleston. 

Holcomb is practicing in litigation. He earned his law degree earlier this year from the College of William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law where he served on the staff of the Environmental Law and Policy Review. 

Holcomb holds an undergraduate degree in political science with minors in history and philosophy from West Virginia University.

Presley joins the Commercial Law Practice Group. Earlier this year, he earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marshall University. He completed his MBA from Marshall University Graduate School of Management in 2010. 

While in law school, Presley served as Notes and Comments Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.

In addition to its offices in West Virginia, Jackson Kelly has locations in Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
