Freezing temperatures caused a Marshall County driver quite a headache on Tuesday.
The man was traveling in his vehicle along Tom's Run Road just off Fourth Street when his car became stuck right in the middle of the road. Water from a clogged culvert washed over the road and with the freezing temperatures an entire portion of the road quickly became a sheet of ice.
When he attempted to drive through the ice covered mess, his car just wouldn't move.
The West Virginia Department of Highways along with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department arrived came to the rescue, using heavy equipment to dig out one side of the road to drain water from the other side.
