Hancock County, W.Va. -

Weirton Mayor George Kondik will be unveiling the city's Home Rule Plan to city council Monday night that will address key issues Weirton would like to improve upon.

"These are basic home rule things that are good for the city good for the welfare of the people, good for crime prevention good for our road systems," Kondik said.

Kondik wanted to stress to Weirton residents that there will be no taxation's or increases in fees. He will unveil the plan at 6 :30 p.m. Monday before the Weirton's regular City Council meeting.
