Wheeling Man Sentenced to 2-10 Years in Prison on Child Abuse Charges
A Wheeling man will spend the next 2-10 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of child abuse.
On Tuesday, Travis Hogle, 21, entered into a plea agreement in which he agreed to plead guilty to the charge. He was sentenced to 2-10 years in prison and a $1,000 fine. He will spend one year of supervised release after serving his sentence and will not be allowed to reside with any minor child.
Hogle must also register with the National Child Abuse Registry.
He was accused of fracturing a 5-month-old child's leg after an argument with the child's mother.
