Bellaire High School Names Andres New Head Football Coach

Bellaire High School has hired its new head football coach from, another legendary Buckeye State  high school program.

Stephen Andres, 42, who spent the past five seasons at Cin.St.Xavier, is the new Big Reds' head coach.

Andres has an impressive resume and spent last season as the defensive line and special teams coach. He's held several titles while at St.X, mainly on the defensive side of the football.

Andres has a masters in education from the University of Cincinnati. He was a four-year starting linebacker and team captain at the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati. In high school, at Linden McKinley in Columbus, Ohio, Andres was a varsity football standout, and was a member of the wrestling and track teams.

He's in the process of meeting with potential assistant coaches and putting together his staff.
