They've been a staple in the Ohio Valley since before the Great Depression, and Gulla's hot dogs have been putting smiles on customers faces ever since.
To celebrate their Bellaire restaurant's 85th Anniversary, they've opened up their second location on Main Street in St. Clairsville.
The new Gulla's is currently operating on a limited menu but that hasn't stopped customers from filing in to the new location since it opened.
Dwayne Gulla credits his family's hard work through the generations for the success of the restaurant.
"We appreciate it, we've got good food, the items aren't expensive and the hot dog's a great hot dog, " says Gulla. "We've been selling them for 85 years and people are still buying them so I think everything is great. The food's great and I eat it every day."
The restaurant was started by Dwayne's grandfather in 1929 and has since been run by his father then he and his brothers Paul and Richard ran the restaurant and now his son Paul Michael Gulla will run the St. Clairsville location.
