Hopefully you have something green picked out to wear to the 18th annual Celtic Celebration that has grown to be a favorite of many here in the Ohio valley!
Beginning Saturday, the event celebrates Celtic culture, music and food. It's one day packed full of live entertainment, music and dancing. Vendors began setting up on Friday. We asked what attractions event-goers look forward to most.
"Highlights, of course, when we have the McDonald pipe band of Pittsburgh, that's very popular and that's around 12:30 tomorrow, of course the school of Irish dance everybody loves to see the girls dance," said event coordinator Christine Villamagna.
Everything kicks off at 11 am at the Artisan Center Saturday and goes all the way until 11 PM.
It's twelve hours of good food, music and fun for the entire family. The children's activity area is open from noon until four. It's just five dollars to get in.
