Two people have been arrested after an alleged meth lab was discovered in Tyler County.
Over the weekend, the Tyler County Sheriff's Office and the West Virginia State Police served a search warrant at a residence located at 103 Temple Circle in Sistersville, West Virginia. During the search, officers discovered an alleged meth lab being operated in the residence.
Two people, Shirl N. Baker, 34, and Dustin K. Fulks, 24, were arrested at the scene. Both are charged with the felony offense of operating a drug laboratory. Baker is being held in the Northern Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond and Fulks is also being held at the Northern Regional Jail under a $50,000 bond.
A preliminary hearing will be held on March 10.
