The University of Charleston Global Student Organization will present its annual WorldFest from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 3 in the Geary Student Union Ballroom.

The event is free of cost and open to the public.

More than 150 students from 34 different countries are attending UC this year. GSO plans WorldFest as a way to share their cultures with the Charleston community and UC student body.

This year's theme is "WorldFest 2014: Passport to the World." Internationally-themed food, language-learning workshops, country exhibits, student performances and an international fashion show will provide an opportunity to explore the various cultures and customs of countries.
