Authorities believe Matthew Dowdle and Eve Irene Kelley, wanted as suspects in the murder of 45-year-old Joseph Struthers at Sally Buffalo Park in Cadiz on Saturday, are currently in the Steubenville area.

Police report that on Saturday, after the alleged murder, a white Trailblazer and a 2003 Cadillac were stolen in Bridgeport, and believe Dowdle and Kelley were the culprits. The Cadillac was found abandoned a short time later, while Dowdle is believed to still be possession of the Trailblazer. It was also reported that Both Dowdle and Kelley were seen loitering and spending time near gas stations or high-traffic areas across the Ohio Valley asking for money, and that Kelley has possibly changed her appearance by cutting and dyeing her hair blonde.

Both suspects have connections to the Dover and Canton, Ohio area and Dover Police have been alerted to the case.

Dowdle is reportedly armed and has a history of violence.

The focus of the investigation remains in the Jefferson, Harrison or Tuscarawas county area.
