Five in Custody on Drug Charges in Hancock County, Sixth Suspect Remains at Large

Five people are in custody in Hancock County after being arrested by members of the Hancock-Brooke-Weirton Drug Task Force along with the Columbiana County Drug Task Force and Columbiana County Sheriff's Office in the Wellsville and East Liverpool area.

Edward J. Bailey, Jr., 29, of East Liverpool; Nancy Humphreys, 55, of East Liverpool; Zachary Humphreys, 20, of Salem were arrested on charges for delivery of controlled substances (cocaine) within 1,000 feet of a school, conspiracy to deliver cocaine and transporting a controlled substance into the state.

 Mary E. Lombardozzi, 39, of Wellsville and Joseph Blake, 22, of Wellsville were both arrested on charges for delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) within 1,000 feet of a school, conspiracy to deliver heroin, delivery of heroin and child abuse with risk of injury.

Each of the five individuals was transported to the Columbiana County Jail where they will await extradition to West Virginia.

Abraham Thomas, 32, of Oberlin, Ohio, who remains at large, is wanted for delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) within 1,000 feet of a school, conspiracy to deliver heroin, delivery of heroin, and child abuse with risk of injury.
