West Virginia State Police Arrest Former Wheeling Man on Sexual Abuse Charges

The West Virginia State Police arrested a former Wheeling man on sexual abuse by a parent/custodian charges following allegations during a recent court proceeding in another state.

According to troopers, Landrum D. Robbins was accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile in May 2010 by a family member who were living in Marshall County.

After establishing probable cause, Robbins was arrested and charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse by a parent/custodian, and is currently in the Northern Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
