UPDATE: Suspects in Cadiz Murder Returning to Ohio Valley on Thursday
CADIZ, Ohio -
Matthew Dowdle and Eve Kelley, the two suspects accused of murdering 45-year-old Joseph Struthers in Cadiz earlier this year, are set to return to the Ohio Valley on Thursday in the custody of Harrison County detectives.
On Wednesday, the Harrison County Sheriff's Department confirmed Dowdle and Kelley were set to arrive late Thursday night, and were scheduled to appear in court on Friday at 2 p.m.
The pair were reportedly spotted in multiple locations around the Ohio Valley immediately after the murder and were arrested days later in Florida after being spotted panhandling in a grocery store parking lot.
On April 18, indictments were handed down against the couple, including four charges for each: murder, felonious assault, complicity to commit felonious assault and complicity to commit murder.
