WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV -

The Greenbrier Classic has a new look – to its website and social media platforms.

Tournament officials unveiled the new features on May 8, including a complete revamping of the official site of the PGA FedExCup golf event played annually at the White Sulphur Springs resort.

The site can be found at greenbrierclassic.com

The fifth annual Greenbrier Classic will take place June 30 through July 6 on The Old White TPC course.

The new website has been enhanced to work best on all platforms, including tablets, desktop computers and mobile phones, according to a press release.

Included in the content section during the event itself will be a new leaderboard, spectator and tournament information and new menu options.

The Greenbrier Classic’s Twitter (@GbrClassic), Facebook (Facebook.com/TheGreenbrierClassic) and Instagram (gbrclassic) accounts have been designed to enhance the new website as well.

Past champions of the Greenbrier Classic include Stuart Appleby, Scott Stallings, Ted Potter, Jr. and Jonas Blixt.

In 2012, both Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson participated, but missed the cut at The Greenbrier Classic.

The 2012 and 2014 Masters champion Bubba Watson, sponsored by The Greenbrier, is expected to be in this year’s field of players. He participated in the tournament for the first time in 2013.
