Area Residents to Decide on School Levies, Board of Education Members During Tuesday Primary Election

WHEELING - West Virginia voters are now just one day away from the 2014 primary election.

Residents will be heading to the polls on Tuesday to select who will face off in the November general election, including who will replace retiring U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller. Front-runners for the GOP are U.S. Congresswoman Shelly Moore-Capito and for the Democrats, West Virginia Secretary of State Natalie Tennant.
