A trial date has been set for a Cleveland man charged with attempted murder.
Juan Harris allegedly held a woman against her will on Locust Avenue in Wheeling in March 2014. He will go to trial on August 14. Wheeling Police responded to the call and said that when they arrived, Harris allegedly had a woman pinned behind a porch swing and was making a motion like he was going to stab her.
Police arrested Harris, and he had to be admitted to the hospital after allegedly admitting to be under the influence of PCP. He has plead not guilty to the charges against him.
