MORGANTOWN, WV -

Vaughn L. Kiger has recently been appointed a trustee of the Loyalty Permanent Endowment Fund of the West Virginia University Alumni Association, replacing the late James H. “Buck” Harless.

Kiger is a 1966 graduate of WVU. He has been president of a Morgantown real estate company for more than 40 years and is a past president of the WVU Alumni Association.

Kiger also is past chairman of the WVU Board of Governors and has been a 35-year supporter and contributor to The Loyalty Permanent Endowment Fund.

“We welcome Vaughn to the Loyalty Permanent Endowment Fund Trust committee,” said Stephen L. Douglas, secretary of the fund. “He has been a great friend of WVU and is very passionate about providing students with the scholarships they need to be successful at West Virginia University.”
