Search Continues for Armed Robbery Suspect in Follansbee

The search continued on Monday for the armed robbery suspect who held up 'Uncle Pep's' in Follansbee over the weekend.

Police say that on Saturday night at 10 p.m., a white male approached a cashier who was outside the store on his break and brandished a knife, demanding that the clerk to go inside and empty the register.

The suspect then fled on foot to the rear of the store. He remains on the run. The suspect is described as being 6 feet tall, 200 lbs, and wearing a bandana over his face. He was also wearing a West Virginia University sweatshirt.
