Two people charged with first-degree murder in the arson deaths of three people in Wetzel County in January of this year will have an extradition hearing on Monday.
Samuel Spencer, 25, and Natasha Burns, 26, both of Pennsylvania, are both charged with three counts of first-degree murder. An autopsy revealed all three victims were stabbed to death at the home on Cliff Run Road, in Littleton, West Virginia, and the fire was allegedly set to cover up the triple homicide.
Two of the victims were identified as Carmen McDougal, 55, and Michael McDougal, 63, who resided at the house. The third victim was identified as Jimmy Kisner, 48, of Aleppo, Pennsylvania.
